The United Nations Association in Denmark is an independent organization and part of the large family of UN associations around the world, all working to promote peace, human rights and a more effective UN.
To put it simply: UN Associations are the civilian branch of the United Nations, where individuals and interest groups can join, make their voices heard and participate in the work to promote UN goals and influence the large intergovernmental body in this way: The United Nations: United Nations.
“Refugees in danger” is a grassroots organization working to promote the basic rights of displaced people and to promote peace.
No human being has decided where they were born and by whom.
It is ordinary people who pay with life and health and loss of loved ones for war.
